You Have the Following Rights:

Right of Access

You have the right to know which information we collect. If you play our games via our Apps, we collect game information. You can see the information that we collect by creating a report within the App. If you log into the games with your patient number, this number and your game information will be available to your doctor in your patient file. Our website also collects information about how you move about on our site and contact information and IP address if you signup for our newsletter.

Right to Erasure

In certain circumstances, you have the right to have some of the personal information we hold about you deleted. If you would like to have information removed, please contact us at www.robinhealthgames.com/contact.

Right to Deactivate Your Account

If you created an account with us using your patient ID, you would ask us to deactivate the account by contacting us using the contact details below. If you subscribed to our App through Google Play Store or the Apple App Store, deactivate your account by canceling your subscription and removing the application from your phone.

Right to Restrict Processing

Under certain circumstances, you have the right to request that your personal data processing be restricted, for example, when you doubt the accuracy of your data held by us.

Right to Object to Processing

You have the right to object to personal data processing under certain conditions (see Legal Bases below).

We only share information about you with your doctor if you logged in via a patient ID, but we also share your information:

If we reasonably believe it is permitted by law or regulation or as necessary to comply with any legal obligation or to enforce or apply our terms and conditions and/or any other agreement with you; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RHG our users or others;
In the event of a change of control over RHG. A third party to whom RHG sells the assets will have the right to continue to use the personal data and other information you provide to us in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy.
We may also share your information with our service providers as needed to enable them to provide services to us.
RHG always has the right to use your information on an aggregated level (anonymously) in the context of improving the App and its services in accordance with the privacy statement.

Security

RHG takes appropriate security and technical measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, and misuse. In addition, we require that our suppliers who process personal data on our behalf take a range of security measures to protect your personal data and maintain an appropriate level of security.
